We go beyond organic. The Olive Yards as a platform was established in 2020, thanks to research and foresight of Greek science and the will of Mediterranean olive producers with the aim to set a new, enhancing norm of olive oil making.

Authentically made by the circular Dampolia Olive Estates in Greece.

According to the lab test this olive oil has extreme low acidity and is very high on phenols.

Elietsa was awarded with an innovation award and two EVOO stars.

Onze biologische olijfgaarden 'Dampolia' liggen in de bergzame en fameuze regio's van OLympia en Kalamata. Deze bio-olijfgaarden worden bestierd door de vierde generatie van de familie Dampolia.
Onze olijfolie wordt 'gebrouwen' uit de beroemde Koroneiki olijfsoort. De legandarische Koroneiki olijf staat bekend om zijn hoogwaardige kwaliteitsolie en smaak. Deze olijf groeit slechts op enkele plaatsen in Griekenland. Samen met Kreta, wordt er op de Peloponnisos de beste kwaliteit olijfolie gebrouwen.
