2 cloves of garlic
500 gr fresh spinach
Slices of chorizo (or any other local dried sausage)
Aioli (garlic mayonaise)
Boil the eggs in 7 minutes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry the garlic. Stir fry the spinach in small portions, add salt and pepper. Peel the eggs and cut them in parts. Cut the French bread in slices. For the olive-oil-with-bread lovers....dip the top of the bread slices in the #extravirginoliveoil. Divide the spinach on the pieces of the french bread together with an egg part and the sausage pinched by a food pick.
