225gr. self-raising flour
75gr Black Olives (rings)
75gr grated matured cheese
around 20 sundried tomatoes
Preheat the oven at 180C and grate the zucchini. Beat the egg with salt. Mix the olive oil and beat the milk with the egg and after the flour. Mix all with the Zucchini, olives and cheese.
Scoop the whole mix into the baking tin. Bake the cake around 45 minutes.
Let the cake cool off after in the tin for 10 minutes. Pour it after out of the tin and let it cool off totally. Cut the cake in slices and add a piece of dried potato and parsley with a food pick.
